How much does shipping cost in Switzerland?
In Switzerland and Liechtenstein the flat rate shipping fee is CHF 8.90 – your order will be with you in 2-3 days !
And what about the EU?
For our friends in the EU, the shipping price is 13 CHF francs, a flat rate for unlimited enjoyment.
How long does the magical journey last?
Your order will be processed with a touch of haste and will be magically delivered to you within 1 to a maximum of 3 days. The post office is our loyal messenger who ensures that your treasures find their way to you safely and quickly. If the magical package is still a long time coming, you can count on a refund or a magical replacement. Simply contact us at info@empathee.ch for support.
What if my sweetheart gets lost along the way?
Every order is insured with a portion of protection spell to avoid loss. If your package does get lost, let us know! We will immediately send a new package on its way with an extra spell of priority and full tracking.
