- Can I pick up my delivery?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Our automated warehouse does not allow for self-collection.
- How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are free within Switzerland!
- Free delivery on Saturday?
Orders placed on Saturday will be processed on Monday, with normal shipping time.
- What is the estimated delivery time?
Your order will be processed the same day and delivery will take a maximum of 1 to 3 days.
- My order is delayed?
We do our best, however small errors and various factors may cause minor delays. Don't worry, our support team is available to assist you.
- My package is missing?
If your package goes missing, please inform us immediately by email at info@empathee.ch. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier, while you can also ask your neighbors.
- PRODUCT INFORMATION
- I received a damaged or faulty product?
We apologize and ask you to report this as soon as possible by email to info@empathee.ch with photos, order number and details. We will solve the problem as quickly as possible.
- My product is missing from my order?
Contact our support team via email info@emthee.ch. We will do our best to deliver the missing item if available.
- I received the wrong product?
Contact us immediately by email info@empathee.ch. We will do our best to send the correct product if it is still in stock.
- The product is different than on the website?
Contact us at info@empathee.ch if you have any doubts. We are at your disposal to advise you in the best possible way.
